Much like when any of us leave a job, there are plenty of loose ends and pesky bits of admin to tie up – and the same goes for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, now that they've officially started their trial year as non-senior members of the royal family (which includes a title change). They've had their emotional farewell lunch to say goodbye to their former staffers at Frogmore Cottage and have signed off from their official @SussexRoyal Instagram account, too.

One final thing to tick off the to-do list, now that they've cleared their metaphorical (and hey, who knows, maybe physical) desks? Set up an out of office message.

Yep, it's reported by HELLO! that as of yesterday, the Sussex Royal inbox now has an automated bounce back message which reads: Many thanks for your email. The office for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex has now closed. It's really the end of an era over here, guys!

After spending a couple of months in Canada, in the run up to their stepping down, Meghan and Harry have now relocated to Los Angeles. It's believed this new move was decided upon so that they could be closer to Meghan's mum, Doria Ragland, and to Hollywood – where Meghan could easily pick acting back up again.

While we're sure baby Archie is loving the Californian sunshine, we're still keeping our fingers crossed that this won't be the last we'll see of Meghan and Harry. We miss you already, guys!
