Accompanying the Queen to Cheshire on the royal train, the Duchess of Sussex looked stunning in a Givenchy dress designed by her wedding gown designer, Clare Waight Keller. When asked about Prince Harry during the trip, Duchess Meghan had the sweetest response.

She told wellwishers married life was ‘wonderful’, saying: ‘I’m really enjoying it. He’s the best husband ever.’ All together now, ah!
English also revealed that Meghan reportedly described married life as "wonderful" already. The Duchess of Sussex apparently told the crowds: "I’m really enjoying it. He's the best husband ever."
Markle's first royal event without her husband Prince Harry involved several important engagements alongside the Queen: the duo opened the Mersey Gateway Bridge in Cheshire, opened the Storyhouse Theater in Chester, and attended a lunch at Chester Town Hall. The fact that Meghan is attending these events without Prince Harry, and so soon after their royal wedding, proves that Queen Elizabeth regards the new royal as a capable member of the family with whom she is happy to make official visits.
The Queen and Markle traveled together this morning on the royal train, built in 1842 for Queen Victoria, according to People. It's intended as a home away from home for the royal family and is now regularly used by Prince Charles. Other members of the royal family, including Prince Philip and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, also have access to the nine-carriage vehicle. In fact, the Duchess of Sussex traveled on it before her own husband, her brother-in-law Prince William, and her sister-in-law the Duchess of Cambridge!
