Meghan Markle is all about monochrome ensembles at the Invictus Games, and her latest outfit choice looks very familiar.

On Friday — which happened to be Prince Harry's 39th birthday — the couple attended the sitting volleyball finals at the Merkur Spiel-Arena. After sporting a romper topped with a blazer earlier in the day, Meghan, 42, changed into a denim shirt dress by Carolina Herrera.

The Duchess of Sussex's look was reminiscent of one of her previous ensembles from another sporting event: the midi-length denim dress also by Carolina Herrera that she wore to support Prince Harry at the Sentebale charity polo match in July 2018.

While the dresses are by the same designer, there were some subtle differences. Meghan's 2018 version had a traditional belt around her waist while the new piece featured a tie belt. In addition, the outfit worn to the Invictus Games had a two-tone effect, with the lower portion of the dress a different color blue than the rest, as well as buttons down the front.

Prince Harry made a style statement of his own at the event, sporting a black polo shirt with the Invictus Games logo. The Duke of Sussex, who served in the British Army for 10 years, created the for injured, sick and wounded service personnel and veterans, with the first event being held in 2014.

Meghan and Harry took their seats in the stands to watch Colombia and Poland compete for the gold medal. At one point, the Duchess of Sussex appeared to take a break from the action to have a sip of beer.

Earlier in the day, the couple watched the Poland volleyball team defeat Germany — and at the game, Harry was treated to a singing of "Happy Birthday."

On the morning of his birthday, the Invictus Games organizers also sent Prince Harry some online wishes.

They captioned a recent photo of him from the Games, "From all of us at the @InvictusGamesDE, a heartfelt HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the founder and patron of @WeAreInvictus, Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex. You've given hope, inspired millions and never stop putting a smile on people's faces."

Harry's birthday celebrations began on Thursday evening as he and Meghan headed out with some of their staff to the Brauerei Schumacher restaurant. They enjoyed Weiner Schnitzel, blood sausage and German sausages, the restaurant said in an Instagram post, calling the birthday group "very likable people."

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex also posed for a photo with some people from the restaurant.
