Mel B Honors Scary Spice's Love of Leopard Looks in Hilarious 'Of Course' TikTok Video
The Spice Girl threw it back to her iconic '90s looks
Mel B knows her looks are iconic!
On Monday, the songstress known to millennials as Scary Spice, 48, threw it back to her Spice Girl days for a very on-brand TikTok trend.
“I’m Scary Spice, of course I’ve got leopard print boots,” the “Wannabe” hitmaker began as she joined in on the viral “Of Course” challenge.
The former America’s Got Talent judge wore a sleeveless, body-hugging catsuit as she gave a sassy walk to start the home video, which paid homage to her highly signature leopard print wardrobe from her days of being a member of one of the world’s most popular pop girl groups.

Next, Mel posed in a kitchen, using animal print gloves to check food in an oven. She also showed off a backpack in the same style.
“I’m Scary Spice, of course I’ve got a leopard print coat,” the entertainer said while opening her front door to walk outside and model the trench.
Fans were heavily invested in her comment section.
“When she went outside, I thought she'd say, ‘I'm Scary Spice, of course I have a leopard!’ 😂,” one user quipped. Paris Hilton also left a heart-eye emoji.
As the TikTok continued, Mel’s props got more and more creative — including a leopard print sofa, a leopard print snuggie, a leopard print water bottle, and leopard print house slippers.
The “Spice Up Your Life” singer, whose full name is Melanie Brown, has always been known for her bold style as part of the U.K. five-member group that rose to prominence in 1994. Mel, known as Scary Spice, shared the spotlight with Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Victoria Beckham.
Her bandmates' stage names also matched their sense of style. Halliwell went by Ginger Spice, while Bunton's stage name was Baby Spice. Chisholm's Sporty Spice had an athletic style, while Beckham was the modelesque Posh Spice.
Last month, Mel appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she recalled when her daughter Phoenix Brown, 25, channeled her past looks in December 2022.
“She's got all my bloody outfits on!” the hitmaker said of seeing her daughter post the content on social media.
The singer then explained that when she and her bandmates were just starting their career, they often had no money for nice clothes and designed their outfits themselves.
In their early days, they were “broke basically," she said, adding, “That was 50 cents that top, probably made the skirt myself, skorts they were called."

In 2016, Beckham, 49, reportedly said at the “Vogue 100″ exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery that she could splurge on her wardrobe because the others spent so little on theirs.
“I was always the one that loved fashion and it was quite a [good] result for me," she said, The Sun reported at the time. "Because the girls always used to get their clothes for free, because they were crap, and so there was a lot of budget for me to have my little Gucci dress."
