First lady Melania Trump wore a bright yellow silk gown for a dinner with her husband, President Trump, and Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull on the USS Intrepid in New York on Thursday.

At the event, commemorating the 75th anniversary of the World War II Battle of the Coral Sea, Melania glowed in her one-shoulder, asymmetrical dress from designer Christian Dior, which featured a unique cape style on the back. She opted for her signature hairstyle — loose, face-framing waves — for the night.

The first lady uploaded a photo to Instagram detailing the event in the caption.

@Potus and I celebrated 75th anniversary of Battle of the Coral Sea w/Australia’s Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and Mrs. Turnbull,” she wrote.

The post was met with a number of positive comments, praising the first lady for her sophisticated look. “Stunning and radiant! Full of Grace. Such a kindhearted and splendid First Lady,” one user commented. “Absolutely stunning, such a classy woman; proud to have you representing the United States,” another added.

The event to honor American and Australian veterans who fought in the Battle of the Coral Sea was also attended by other members of the Trump family.

Trump’s 23-year-old daughter, Tiffany Trump, was photographed at the dinner with her boyfriend, Ross Mechanic.
