Meri Brown is finding inspiration following her divorce from Kody Brown.

The Sister Wives star, 52, posted an empowering message on her Instagram Story Wednesday, hinting that she's embracing time by herself — and recognizing her worth — after ending her 32-year marriage to the reality TV patriarch, 54.

"Be so confident in knowing what you bring to the table that you're willing to eat alone until you find the right table," the message said.

Meri and Kody announced their split on Jan. 10 in a joint message posted on her Instagram page, writing, "After more than a decade of working on our relationship in our own unique ways, we have made the decision to permanently terminate our marriage relationship."

Last month, Meri told PEOPLE that jealousy was a factor in their split. “Anytime that you expand your family, there's going to be a shift,” she explained. “You've got just the logistical things, but then you've also got the emotional things. I'm human. I'm going to get jealous. He's human. He is going to not know how to deal with a woman's jealousy.”

Since she and Kody went their separate ways, Meri has been tackling this new chapter of her life with a sunny, positive mindset. Earlier this month, she posted a series of photos of herself on Instagram, offering a glimpse of the fun she'd been up to lately.

"Bring on the joy, bring on the fun, bring on the success! Happiness feels good!" she wrote in her caption.

Indeed, chatting with PEOPLE last month, Meri declared that "life is good," while teasing some of the big things she has going on right now.

“I'm successful in business. I've got another really exciting project coming along. I've got good people surrounding me. I've got an awesome support system,” she said. “Things are good.”

In July, Meri shared some more reflections about the new mindset she's embracing since divorcing Kody. She told her Instagram followers she is focusing on "being present and being grateful for every single life experience that has made me who I am." She also said she's “living my best and fullest life with intention and purpose.”

In her post, Meri touched on how the past year had been full of change and uncertainty for her, but said she's "recently been feeling a shift as I move forward through it all and toward something.... different."

She hinted of more to come: "Details of the 'different' have yet to fully unveil themselves to me. In due time I'm sure."

Meri and Kody’s relationship ended around the same time that second wife Janelle Brown left the plural marriage that has been chronicled on their TLC series. Third wife Christine Brown had separated from Kody a year prior. Kody is now only married to Robyn Brown.

In Sunday's episode of Sister Wives, Christine took a stand for Meri and called out Kody for his mistreatment of her and Janelle. "I saw Kody string Meri along for years," Christine told the cameras. "It was mean and cruel, and I saw that he would've done the same thing to me if I would've stayed."

Christine also expressed her worry that Janelle, who was feeling torn about her decision to leave, would get sucked back in.

"She loves him still. She loves him," she said in a confessional. "I don't think Kody is gonna change. I think that Kody is going to constantly be running around Robyn and her life for the rest of his life, and I don’t think he has any room for Janelle in that life."
