Mixed-use community breaking ground on exclusive $2M villas on Lake Grapevine
Lakeside, a mixed-use, master planned community in Flower Mound, will add a resort-style neighborhood to its residential offerings.
Realty Capital Management, the master developer of Lakeside, is partnering with master builder Corey Van Trease to build this exclusive neighborhood. Van Trease has built custom estates in Southlake, Colleyville, Westlake, Flower Mound and Argyle.
The Villa Homes will range from 2,700 square feet to 3,800 square feet. Prices will start at $2 million.
Only 21 homes will be for sale in the initial phase. A total of 58 “Villa Homes” are planned.
Lakeside spans 165 acres and includes shops, restaurants and offices as well as residences. In addition to high-end Villa Homes, the community will also feature 3111 Sunset, a 207-unit apartment tower.
Lakeside also features ample recreation space including a hike and bike trail, a one-acre dog park and Sunset Point, a 6,000-square-foot public deck on Lake Grapevine.
“With DFW International Airport located just seven-minutes away, residents feel the whole world is within reach,” said Jimmy Archie, managing partner for Realty Capital Management.
