The moment Prince George rejected Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's high-five

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is used to shaking hands with everyone he meets, but when the time came to greet Prince George, let's just say the politician had trouble making a connection.

It was the denied high-five felt around the world when Justin squatted down to say hello to the three-year-old after he deplaned following a long flight from the UK. While the prime minister tried to engage with George using everything from a handshake to a low five, the little prince left the father of three hanging.

TAP FOR GALLERY Little George was tired after a long flight.

With a transatlantic flight under his belt and jet lag kicking in, it's easy to see why the youngster wasn't up for much socializing. Justin didn't seen too phased by the brush off, quickly moving on to mingle with George's parents the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

The Cambridges arrived in Canada on Sept. 24.

Even tired, George looked as cute as ever decked out in a Pepa & Co blue long-sleeved jumper with a checked shirt and navy blue shorts. The jumper, which retails for £42 ($71), is still available online, although George's £39 ($67) shirt has already sold out.

His little sister Prince Charlotte looked equally stylish in a pretty blue floral dress with navy shoes and a matching hair bow.
