Montreal police investigating suspicious Saint-Laurent fire

Montreal police are investigating a suspicious fire in Saint-Laurent overnight.

The fire broke out around 11:15 p.m. at a restaurant on St-Louis Street at the corner of Marcel-Laurin Boulevard.

Const. Raphael Bergeron said it appears the restaurant was broken into. Traces of accelerant were also found at the scene.

He said the business has been closed for about a month.

Police have no suspects so far.
