Montreal police seek potential victims after man arrested for inciting minors

Montreal police are asking for potential victims to come forward after arresting Richard Farrow, 64, on sex-related charges connected to minors in LaSalle.

Farrow was arrested May 18 and faces charges of invitation to sexual touching of an individual under 16.

Investigators say both events took place in LaSalle between March and May.

They say he approached three children between the ages of three and 10.

Farrow is five-foot-eleven and weighs about 185 pounds. He has brown eyes and grey hair.

Police are asking anyone with information to call 514-393-1133.
