    Ontario will raise the speed limit on more sections of 400-series highways to 110 km/h later this year, including additional sections near Ottawa.The speed limit will rise along nearly all of Highway 416 from Highway 401 to the capital, a distance of about 70 kilometres.     Woman dead after being struck by transport truck on TCH outside St. John's

    Police are investigating after a woman was struck by a transport truck on the Trans-Canada Highway outside St. John's on Tuesday afternoon.According to the RCMP, the woman was walking on the eastbound lane of the highway when she was hit.
