Seems like Naomi Osaka is enjoying her days off.
After winning the 2020 U.S. Open in early September, the tennis superstar opted to skip the French Open, citing a left hamstring injury, lack of time to prepare to play on Roland-Garros’s clay surface and prioritizing rest over competition.
For the 22-year-old, that means relaxing and rehabbing by the beach, sharing to social media her picturesque setting and photos of herself rocking a white bikini and matching cover-up.
Fans were sounding off about the amazing beach (Osaka’s in Haiti, her father’s heritage while her mother is Japanese) and how incredible she looks. “So damn gorgeous,” one commenter wrote. “You are a freakin QUEEN,” someone else said. Another wrote: “Stunning as always.”
These comments are in stark contrast to some left on previous swimsuit pictures, which prompted Osaka to call out the creepy behavior out.
I just wanna say it’s creeping me out how many people are commenting @ me to maintain my “innocent image” and “don’t try to be someone your not”. You don’t know me, I’m 22, I wear swimsuits to the pool. Why do you feel like you can comment on what I can wear?— NaomiOsaka大坂なおみ (@naomiosaka) July 26, 2020

Seems like the trolls listened! Good vibes only.
