Netflix viewers point out hilarious errors in the new movie A Fall from Grace

Tyler Perry is one of the most successful people in the American entertainment industry, balancing a career as a comedy actor with being a writer, producer and director. In 2015 he bought his own 330-acre movie studio to make his own movies and host filming for big blockbusters like Black Panther.

A Fall from Grace is the first movie of his to be released by Netflix as part of a big deal (you can read our review of it here), and Perry made a big deal about writing the project all by himself and getting it all filmed in just five days.

And it shows.

Fans have pointed out a host of goofs and continuity errors, ranging from wigs changing shape in the same scene (how very 2015's Fantastic Four), to a scene specifically showing someone putting on slippers before then cutting to a shot of them barefoot.

There's also the classic boom mic popping onto the screen and someone receiving a text via their Camera Roll.

And then there's our favourite one: an extra (who plays double-duty as the judge) is seen in the background of a restaurant miming eating food – and drinking air from an empty cup.
