It's likely that you've heard of Jillian Michaels. She was the tough-love fitness trainer on the reality series The Biggest Loser from the show's debut in October 2004 and continued to motivate and inspire contestants through 2011. But Michaels didn't take a break after The Biggest Loser. She starred in the spinoff Losing it with Jillian in 2010, was nominated for an Emmy in 2012 for The Doctors, and has hosted a weekly podcast, The Jillian Michaels Show, for over 10 years!

Most recently, Michaels has dominated both the fitness publishing and digital worlds, achieving 8 books on the New York Times bestseller list and launching Jillian Michaels: The Fitness App. The app was created to help people live their happiest and healthiest lives, and is now the top-rated diet and exercise app for women, having won best-of awards from both Google and Apple.

The personal trainer, fitness expert, businesswoman and mom of two sat down with Yahoo to share her favorite health and wellness products to keep you — and your family! — going strong.

"For the health of my skin I use green, natural beauty products," shared the fitness expert. "One of my favorite companies is a little company called Fawn Lily Botanica. I use the facial balm, [which] works as a moisturizer in the morning and at night before I go to bed."

Fawn Lily's nourishing botanical facial bomb — handcrafted in micro-batches — contains a luxurious blend of essential oils and other natural, organic ingredients from across the globe to deeply moisturize, repair, restore, and nourish the skin. It's super versatile: it can be used as a nighttime balm, layered over facial oil/serum for extra protection and nourishment, or utilized as needed to regenerate, moisturize, and protect the skin.

Adds Michaels, "I like to support small businesses that are run by women...that have beautiful products!"

How does one add a little glow without subjecting themselves to potentially harmful UV rays? Michaels has some advice: "I hide from the sun...so I love Dr. Hauschka Translucent Bronzing Tint because it makes you look fresh, healthy, dewy, glowing, bronze-y — but it's green! You feel great about it, and you look great."

Dr. Hauschka Translucent Bronzing Tint offers a sun-kissed glow while gently blending and softening the appearance of blemishes, and, of course, without the need for actually tanning in the sun. Just blend 1-3 drops with moisturizer and apply. If you want a deeper color, just add more tint.

Eating well doesn't mean you have to constantly be in the kitchen — in fact, it's something Michaels herself can't stand! "I hate cooking," the fitness guru laughs, "I am a terrible chef...[so] a NutriBullet is awesome. It's quick, easy, and you've got healthy meals in five minutes. I use it every single day."

The NutriBullet's powerful 600-watt motor blends whole foods into liquid fuel for your body in seconds, so you can enjoy smoothies packed with nutrition without much effort at all. And the clean-up is just as hassle-free: Simply twist off the blade, rinse with soap and water, and put the cups in the top rack of the dishwasher. Done!

"We want our dogs to be around forever." She recommends Antinol Joint Supplement for Dogs and is so enthusiastic about the product that she's begun to work with Antinol herself.

"It's an all-natural, super-potent joint support and mobility supplement for your pup...it's a little gel capsule, and I put it in both of the dogs' foods."
