Here is the recipe: Ingredients • 4-jalapeno peppers • 1 Tablespoon minced fresh garlic • ½ cup fresh parsley • ½ cup fresh cilantro • 1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice • ½ teaspoon salt • ¼ teaspoon cumin • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds • ½ cup olive oil Method • De-seed the jalapenos if you wish to • Add half the olive oil into a food processor or blender, along with the jalapeno peppers and pulse a few times to break down the peppers. • Add the rest of the ingredients and the remaining olive oil and continue to pulse to emulsify the mixture.
