Justin Bieber delivered a message to his fans on Saturday after photos surfaced online showing the 18-year-old star holding what appears to be a marijuana joint.

"Everyday growing and learning. Trying to be better," the "Beauty and the Beat" singer Tweeted on Saturday, after TMZ posted photos of the Biebs partying with friends, clutching what the website alleges is "a smoldering blunt." "U get knocked down, u get up.
