Newsroom Ready: Canadian swimmers pleased to win in front of hometown fans

Maggie Mac Neil of London, Ont., finished the women's 100-metre butterfly in 54.78 seconds to set a Canadian record and finish atop the podium at the FINA World Cup. She also finished as the overall points winner with 58.5 points. The FINA World Cup event was held in front of Canadian fans for the first time since 2019.
