It's been a scorching summer across much of Canada, but that is cold comfort for ice cream truck operators like Meedo Falou, who says inflation and high fuel costs are melting his profits. The owner of Rainbow Ice Cream in British Columbia says gas prices have a ripple effect sending costs of everything soaring. Adding to the pain is that some ice cream flavours are in short supply.
