Newsroom Ready: Pickleball growth continues despite noise complaints
Pickleball is one of Canada's fastest growing sports, but in Victoria, B.C., players are looking for more places to play after noise complaints saw them banned from a neighbourhood. Connie McCann, president of the Victoria Regional Pickleball Association, says the city has been too slow in providing space for the sport. McCann says much of the noise coming from pickleball games is the sound of people having fun.
