Nexus offices still closed because of standoff with U.S. over guns

For more than two years, Canadian Nexus enrolment centres have remained closed, ostensibly because of the pandemic. But now, three months after American offices reopened, Canadians seeking to renew their trusted traveller cards can’t do so because of a spat between Canada and the United States over Americans’ demands to carry weapons in those offices.
