Nick Jonas is pulling the curtain back on the beloved Disney Channel Games that aired in the early 2000s, but it's not quite what we expected him to say.

Making an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Friday, Jonas told Fallon that he was on his way to Paris immediately after the show to attend the 2024 Olympic Games. Jonas said that he skipped the opening ceremony in order to be there, which brought Fallon to a little throwback event that used to captivate Disney fans.

“You never competed in the Olympics, of course, but you did, however, compete in the Disney Games,” Fallon said, pulling out a photo of Jonas alongside his brothers Kevin and Joe Jonas. The three sat in the stands of a stadium wearing different colors to symbolize the separate teams they were on.

“What do you remember about this time in your life?" Fallon asked.

“There's so much hair,” Jonas joked. “So for those who don't know, the Disney Channel Games were basically the Olympics, where they would bring in 100-ish Disney Channel stars from all over the world and make us compete in silly games.”

He continued: “But what it really was, was like Love Island on crack. They would put a bunch of like, teenagers in the Disney Park after hours and just say, ‘Let’s see what happens.'”

For those who don't know, Love Island is originally a U.K. dating and competition show in which a group of men and women are placed in a resort together and “coupled” up while competing in various challenges. Tensions rise and people fight, making it a seriously addicting reality show. While it was technically not a Love Island villa, the Disney Channel Games placed the kid's channel's biggest stars together to compete in the games. The show ran from 2006 to 2008 and featured huge names including Miley Cyrus, Ashley Tisdale, Zac Efron, and Corbin Bleu.

After Nick Jonas revealed what it was really like, Fallon appeared to become embarrassed and laughed nervously before changing the subject to something more, uh, professional.
