Nicole Scherzinger, 42, flaunts toned abs in bikini picture: 'Perfection in human form!'

Nicole Scherzinger celebrated her one-year anniversary with boyfriend Thom Evans by the beach.

The Masked Singer judge took to Instagram Sunday to share pictures with Evans, 35, a former rugby player. Scherzinger, 42, is shown wearing a cheetah-print bikini and flaunting her toned figure while shirtless Evans models mint green swim trunks.

Fans enthusiastically sounded off on the post. “Wow! You guys look fantastic!! Happy & Blessed,” one commenter said. “Seeing you happy is all that matters, so happy for you,” someone else noted. “Perfection in human form!!” wrote another of the pair.

For fitness, the former Pussycat Doll likes to take spinning classes and practice yoga. As she shared on Instagram in 2019, the singer credits exercise with maintaining her mental health. "I travel so much it’s so important for me to sweat it out. It’s not only for physical being, but mostly for my mental well-being,” she wrote. “It keeps me centered, focused, strong and helps me get in the right frame of mind for my work ahead. Preparation is key. Prepare yourself so when the opportunity comes, you are ready!"

As for diet, she has her favorite meals. "For breakfast, I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi,” she told Women’s Health. "When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps — salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots."
