Northern B.C. communities face health-care staffing crisis

Hospitals across British Columbia’s Northern Health region, such as the one in Fort St. John, are running out of room to handle patients with COVID-19 as officials are dealing with a severe staffing shortage. It’s being compounded by the region having the lowest vaccination rate in the province with just over half of the population fully vaccinated.
