Nova Scotia reports three new COVID-19 cases and seven more recoveries

HALIFAX — Health officials in Nova Scotia are reporting three new cases of COVID-19 today and seven more recoveries from the disease.

All the newly identified cases are in the central area of the province, which includes Halifax.

Two new cases are related to travel and the third is connected to a previously reported infection.

Officials say more than 1.4 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to date in the province.

They say more than 688,000 Nova Scotians are fully vaccinated against the disease.

The province has 65 active reported infections and no COVID-19-linked hospitalizations.
