Officers injured when Fort Worth police vehicle overturns in crash early Sunday morning
Two Fort Worth police officers were injured Sunday around 3:30 a.m. when a police vehicle was involved in a crash and rolled over, according to police.
Police said the injuries were minor and one was taken to the hospital as a precaution while the other was treated at the scene.
The crash happened in the 3300 block of East Lancaster Avenue, near Emily Drive, according to police. Police did not immediately release information on the cause of the crash.
KXAS-TV reported the crash happened when the police vehicle collided with another vehicle.
The traffic unit is investigating the crash.
