Police in Oklahoma have arrested three people who allegedly kidnapped a man and forced him to jump off a bridge, severely injuring him.
Officers from the Okmulgee Police Department responded to the Deep Fork River bridge in Okmulgee County, Okla., on Thursday, July 25, upon receiving a report of a person “jumping into traffic,” the county’s sheriff’s office said in a statement last week.
Responding officers found the alleged victim “badly injured” and in need of urgent medical attention, the statement said. He was transported from the scene by emergency personnel.
During their investigation, officers learned the man had allegedly been abducted and bound with duct tape before being “forced off the bridge,” per the statement.
Following interviews with several witnesses, the sheriff’s office arrested Sean Lunney, 31, on the same day, online jail records show.
Authorities made two more arrests after tracking down a firearm that was allegedly used in the incident, the sheriff's statement said. Locating the firearm led to the arrest of 18-year-old Brianna Nohmer and 21-year-old Jaysen Lawson, per police.
All three are facing felony kidnapping charges, according to online jail records reviewed by PEOPLE.
Lawson is facing additional felony charges of attempted first-degree murder, assault with deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit a felony, per the jail records.
Nohmer is facing an additional felony charge of assault with intent to kill, the records show. Lunney is facing additional charges of aggravated assault and pointing a firearm.
Lunney is being held on $250,000 bond, per jail records. Bond information was not available for Lawson or Nohmer.
