A 13-year-old has died from a shooting that happened Sunday in the Myrtle Beach area.

Horry County Police responded to a shooting that occurred about 12:30 a.m. off of Terrace View Court, according to a Facebook post.

Jaiden Smalls, of Myrtle Beach, died of injuries sustained in the shooting incident at a home, according to an email from Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden.

The shooting involved juvenile residents in the same house, according to Aaron Spelbring with the Horry County Public Information Office.

Details of the shooting were not available in a police report. However, Spelbring said the shooting was an isolated incident.
