Ontario considering mobilizing primary care practitioners, pharmacies to vaccinate kids under 12

Ontario solicitor general Sylvia Jones said on Thursday that if and when Health Canada approves COVID-19 vaccines for children under the age of 12, the province will have a number of possible options to administer vaccines including school-based clinics, primary care practitioners, and pharmacies as hospitals get back to their traditional roles of not administering vaccines.
