With increasing growth, OSM Worldwide logistics operations has moved into a new facility twice the size of our former site.
OSM Worldwide is proud to announce the opening of a new, 74,000 sq. ft. headquarters facility at 72 West Craig Road in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The new facility, which is twice the size of the company’s former site in Las Vegas, features cross-docking at both front and rear loading dock doors for improved access, a 2,000-sq. ft. office for on-site customer meetings, and video displays throughout to provide associates and visitors with real-time updates.
"With its considerably expanded size and state-of-the-art technology, our new site will enable us to provide enhanced service for our customers and room for growth for new customers," says OSM President James Kelley. Featuring OSMART, OSM’s proprietary parcel management system, the new Las Vegas facility has been designed to facilitate end-to-end parcel and mail flow for faster and more efficient delivery for customers.
Technology enhancements include improved computing, scanning, weighing and sorting technology that will enable advanced data collection and analytics. In May, 2020, the addition of a new NPI Xstream sorter has enabled automated sorting for improved throughput and accuracy. Use of standard work and SOP documents have been employed to enable sharing of best practices across all OSM geographies.
