Ottawa police investigate gunshot sound on Heron Road
The Ottawa Police Service's guns and gangs unit is investigating reports of a shooting on Heron Road Saturday morning.
Officers were called to the road's 1400 block around 7 a.m. where they found a "projectile" in an apartment building. They say witnesses told them they heard the sound of a gunshot around 3 a.m.
Police say no one was injured.
