Paris Jackson is officially getting into the family business.

The 22-year-old singer, songwriter, actress, model, and activist dropped her very first solo single “Let Down,” paired with a killer visual.

As Jackson hauntingly sings lyrics like “let me down again, flush me down the drain,” the music video shows her dancing her heart out at a gothic masquerade.

“Let Down” was written by Jackson, and produced by Manchester Orchestra’s Andy Hull. The slightly macabre music video was directed by Meredith Alloway and executive produced by Eli Roth.

In a statement announcing the single, the young singer says, “I feel so many emotions. I’m excited, I’m nervous, mostly grateful and happy... The freedom to create, not being told what to sing and how to sing it, what to write; it’s awesome. It’s a gift, it’s a blessing.”

Recently, Jackson signed to Republic Records, home to artists like Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, and Lorde.

With the new single comes news of her upcoming debut album Wilted, set to be released on Nov. 13.
