Parts of I-235 in Wichita will be closed this weekend. See when and where

A couple areas of I-235 near I-135 will be blocked off this weekend as the Kansas Department of Transportation hangs new signs.

From 6 a.m. to noon Saturday, northbound I-235 to I-135 north and to K-254 east will be closed. Traffic will be rerouted to I-135 south.

From 5 a.m. to noon Sunday, northbound I-235 just east of Arkansas Avenue will be closed. Traffic will be rerouted to Broadway. Additionally, the northbound ramp at Broadway will be closed.
