Big petrol hike predicted

The latest petrol price hike will have motorists paying the highest price for 95-octane petrol over the past 12 months, according to the Automobile Association of SA (AA).

The price of unleaded and lead replacement petrol will go up by 39 cents, while 95 Octane will increase by 38 cents a litre.

Both diesel grades are set for an increase of 32 cents, while the price of paraffin will go up by 39-52 cents a litre.

LP gas is set for an increase of 56 cents per kilogram.
