As of Thursday evening, the blaze was 36% contained, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal Fire). Sarah Davis, 35, who captured the video on Thursday (Jan 23), said : "I have seen many fast moving fires but this one surprised me. "The flames were high enough that I could see them rippling at 10,000 feet above the ground."
