PHOTOS: Ethiopian Airlines flight crash kills 157

An Ethiopian Airlines Flight en route to Nairobi, Kenya, crashed shortly after taking off from Ethiopia’s capital city Addis Ababa, killing all 157 people on board. Eighteen Canadians were among the dead. Authorities say more than 30 nationalities were on board, including passengers from Kenya, Ethiopia, the United States, Britain, Egypt and India.
