Cowboy and Indian Alliance protest against Keystone XL

The Cowboy and Indian Alliance (also known as the CIA) began its week-long protest in Washington, D.C. on April 22 against the contruction of the Keystone XL pipeline, which would cut through American farmland. Currently, approval for the Keystone XL pipeline is stalled, as President Barack Obama and the U.S. government announced Friday that review of the proposal by Calgary-based TransCanada to build the pipeline would be postponed indefinitely.
