Southern Ontario is dealing with the aftermath of an ice storm that has left hundreds of thousands without power, while freezing rain in the Maritimes threatens travel plans as Christmas approaches. Also, the first full day of winter brought a wild mix of weather across the United States on Sunday, including ice and high wind in the Upper Midwest and northeastern New England states. (CP/AP)
