Central Connecticut State University locked down its campus for more than three hours Monday, November 4th, after reports that a person carrying a gun was spotted at the school. But by mid-afternoon, an “all clear” was given and one person was confirmed to be in police custody.
"The suspect is in custody," New Britain, Conn., Mayor Tim O'Brien told reporters gathered outside the school. "Still no reports of injuries." (Yahoo News)
