New Port Mann bridge opens in B.C.

The new bridge that crosses the Fraser River to connect Surrey and Coquitlam just outside of Vancouver opened for the first time to traffic Tuesday morning. The bridge cost $3.3 billion to build and the remaining lanes will open at some point in December. Here's a look at opening day and the construction process.
