Advocate Barry Roux continued his cross-examination of Dr Michelle Burger. Judge Masepa called the trial to a halt when it emerged that a South African broadcaster was using a photograph of Dr Burger as part of their broadcast, an action explicitly prohibited by the court. A second witness, Liezel Van Der Merwe, was called to the stand. Dr Burger's husband, Charl Johnson, then took the stand briefly before the court was adjourned at 3pm. The trial continues tomorrow morning. (Reuters, AP, AFP)
