The trial of Mohammed Morsi, the former president of Egypt whose was ousted in July, came to an end almost as soon as it began on November 4. In his brief appearance, Morsi chanted 'down with military rule' and affirmed that he was the only legitimate Egyptian president. His trial has been ajourned until January 8.
