On March 13th, 2013, Canada's very own astronaut Chris Hadfield, on this third mission into space, took over the coveted position of commander on board the International Space Station. This not only showed off Hadfield's skills as an astronaut and a leader, but it reveals how Canada is gaining more trust and status in the field of human space exploration.
