Pippa Middleton and husband arrive at Lindo Wing: Is she about to give birth?

British baby boom?

Pippa Middleton, the sister of Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, was reportedly seen walking into the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital on Monday afternoon, sparking speculation that she's about to give birth to her first child. Her husband, James Matthews, was also photographed walking into the exclusive maternity unit carrying what looked to be two overnight bags.

The Daily Mail reports that Pippa, who announced in June that she was expecting her first child, was all smiles as she walked in wearing a blue coat, white shoes and sunglasses. The sighting would fall in line with her pregnancy timeline, and she had been expected to give birth in the next few weeks.

She has been spotted at the Lindo Wing on previous occasions -- including one outing two weeks ago on October 2, though previously her husband wasn't in tow with two overnight bags.

Just last Friday, she surprised the public by attending Princess Eugenie's wedding at Windsor Castle. Matthews escorted his 35-year-old wife, who donned a green Emilia Wickstead dress and matching fascinator for the occasion.

The Lindo Wing is an ultra-exclusive hospital with suites that start at over 7,500 pounds. Pippa's sister, Kate, gave birth to all three of her children there, most recently welcoming Prince Louis in the spring.

Pippa has kept up her fitness routine throughout her pregnancy and has turned to meditation to keep calm through it all.

More to come.
