Planned service disruptions in Gananoque

The Town of Gananoque has announced a planned service disruption from Wednesday to Thursday as network switches are being replaced.

The replacement will affect all software applications, which include receipt of payments by debit card at Town Hall, the Visitor Centre, and the Lou Jeffries Gananoque and TLTI Recreation Centre. The disruption will also affect staff access to emails, and internal and external phone lines, and will result in intermittent internet access.

Staff advise that should anyone wish to make a payment, cheques will be received during this time and processed once regular service resumes on Friday.

For further information, people can contact Ashley Callery at 613-382-2149 ext. 1111, or via email at reception@gananoque.ca.
