2 men who allegedly 'terrorized' people throughout the city charged by police

Toronto police have charged two men they say have been criminally harassing people, then posting videos of the incidents online.

Investigators were alerted to a group known as '"F**kry in the Six" last Friday. Two men approached people on the streets, in restaurants and in businesses, then 'terrorized' and 'harassed' the strangers, police said.

Videos uploaded to a YouTube channel show the men jumping over store counters, stealing food from restaurants and shouting expletives in public places.

Those videos have since been taken down. Police said they had been shot within the last year.

Investigators arrested a 21-year-old man on Tuesday. He is now facing six charges, including mischief interfere with property and criminal harassment.

The second man, also 21, turned himself into police Wednesday afternoon. He is facing four charges, including assault and damage property not exceeding $5,000.
