It’s not something police officers routinely come across. A dog wearing clothes.

Police found the ‘very angry’ canine dressed in blue pants and a sweater in a Bellevue, WA, park on Dec. 1. With no owner in sight, officers with the Bellevue Police Department took to Twitter in an attempt to locate the dog’s family.

While the owners have yet to come forward, the internet has claimed the ‘angry dog’ as its own.

Apparently Bellevue is a pretty fashion forward place, as its residents can all relate to the animal’s disturbed demeanor:

A Twitter update by the police department explains the dog has now been placed with the Regional Animal Services of King County. If his owners don’t come forward soon, he will be put up for adoption.

An abandoned pet is always a tragedy, but there is a small silver lining here: we finally know how a dog wears pants!
