Detectives have released an image of the suspect vehicle, which was on false ‘67’ year plates and was found a short time later at about 00.45am abandoned in Woolhampton Way, Chigwell.

A 29-year-old man and a 24-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, and have both been released under investigation.
