Port City Beer Run brews up $12k for juvenile diabetes

About 250 people laced up their shoes and sampled some local brews as part of the first Port City Beer Run in Saint John.

The event raised over $12,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Participants ran up to 10 kms before heading to the Diamond Jubilee Terminal for samples of local beer. After all that exercise, they were limited to one full glass of their favourite brew.
