ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Newfoundland and Labrador's police oversight agency says an RCMP officer has been arrested for several offences, including possession of a controlled substance. The 24-year-old Guatemalan man who died by possible drowning in Lake Erie last week was a migrant worker, police have confirmed.
