Primetime Props: Denver Broncos vs. Los Angeles Chargers

Yahoo Betting Analyst Minty Bets joins Fantasy Football Live to offer a player proposition as the Chargers host the Broncos in week 6.

Video Transcript

MATT HARMON: Nobody really cares about the Denver Broncos' offense, but we are going to see them play, except Dalton, apparently. I don't know where that came from. But except Dalton, I guess, cares about the Broncos' offense-- hey, they're going to play the Chargers on Monday night, Minty. What do you got in this game here?

MINTY BETS: All right, I'm going Russell Wilson over 1 and 1/2 passing touchdowns. I got him at plus 115. Now, I know Russ has been a little underwhelming since joining Denver. And he's only gone over this total in one game this season. But I think things finally pick up for him.

The Chargers are allowing the third-most passing touchdowns, and they're bottom 10 in total yards allowed. Turning point for Russell Wilson here. He's got to throw at least 2 touchdowns tonight for Monday night. Come on, he's got to make it a little exciting. So I'm going to go over this number.

MATT HARMON: I mean, he better, or literally everybody in Denver is going to be puking all over their shoes. All right, Minty, now, if you wanted to come on here and disrespect one of my podcast cohosts, I would have been fine if you wanted to come out here and disrespect Andy Behrens. That's whatever. Take as many shots as you want. But you've got some disrespect to throw a different co-host here of the "Yahoo Fantasy Football Forecast." Let's hear it.

MINTY BETS: I'm sorry. No disrespect here, all right? We're going to Austin Ekeler under 58 and 1/2 rushing yards, minus 120. Now, in the last two weeks, Austin has had some great games with over 60-plus rushing yards and 3 combined touchdowns. Hey, it doesn't mean he won't get a touchdown tonight, OK? I mean, or Monday night--

Typically, Denver's defense is pretty solid despite allowing only 4.7 yards per carry. In both meetings against the Broncos last season, Austin has gone under this total. So I've just got to go with the trend here and go under this total.

MATT HARMON: Fair enough. He is trending the right way, but the trends might point to an under here. Dalton definitely taking the under on any Andy Behrens rushing props you want to give me, despite that guy running all the time.
